Moscow, Wednesday: Мемориальный музей космонавтики
The Russian Space Program has suffered a huge set-back.
Our incompetent heroes have sought to provide their expertise to the program.Sergei
Korolev, from his deathbed, strenuously advised against seeking assistance from these fools. His last words are reputed to have been, “they will ruin everything!” Yuri Gagarin has been reported in TASS and Izvestia as saying he would be disappointed if anyone would entertain them.Despite these warnings, Timofei and Boris were seen entering the Мемориальный музей космонавтики on 3 September, just before noon.It is believed they bribed the woman at the door with the small sum of 200 rubles. Some women are not immune to Boris’ charms. A special support group is being set-up in Moscow for these sad cases. As they entered the main hall, having passed Sputnik I and a few dogs, they were questioned by a woman official and directed into a theatrette. Several African gentlemen were seated. When they acknowledged Timofei’s nod, it appears they were oblivious to the impending disaster. In the theatrette, there was a lecture on the Russian contribution to the ISS. Boris believes he could have contributed more, but it is doubtful they could have appreciated and used his special skills. After inspecting some scientific exhibits, they were presented with a model of the Mir space station.Nowhere was there evidence that Boris had contributed to the demise of Mir, as it hurtled to destruction in a fireball upon re-entry. There is no doubt that further investigation will shed light on the events. They moved on to other exhibits relating to the ISS. Their contribution is unknown, however, if a new star appears in the northern sky, it may well be the burning debris of the space program.
